Disaster Capitalism Masks
Named after Naomi Klein’s epynomous book “The Shock Doctrine” which details how a relentless cycle of crisis, exploitation, and privatization is at the very heart of Neoliberal capitalism. Here, we see the Euro, Dollar, Norwegian Kroner and in a touch of irony, the Banksy Princess Di note (now worth a substantial amount) adapted as disposable face-masks. An industry at the heart of corrupt supply/demand practices at the height of the corona pandemic.
