Whilst some interventions require a budget, months of planning, a budget and a support team, others, often as effective and impactful, certainly online, are opportunistic and take seconds, As was the case here when I spotted someone at the local arts center had placed a plant beneath an earleir Nuart work intslalled by UK craftavist Carrie Reichardt. An opportunity too good to miss.
